CLIENT



Our Client has been established for over 8 years in the Nursing & Care Sector providing all grades and disciplines of qualified and unqualified staff to Nursing and Residential Homes, NHS sites and Private Hospitals, they have over 12 locations across England and Northern Ireland.







ROLE



You will be tasked with developing the branch through a combination of New Business Development and Account Management. Your energy and enthusiasm to motivate your experienced team will generously be rewarded through the company’s new bonus scheme.











IDEAL CANDIDATE







• Have had a minimum 1 years experience as a Branch Manager from within the Healthcare Recruitment Industry.



You will be a registered Nurse

• Have a track record in improving branch efficiencies and profitability

• Have effective management skills with a proven portfolio of improving consultant’s skill sets

• Have very accurate administration skills to ensure the National Care Standards are fully implemented
