Estate Agent/Valuer Hillsborough



Our established and well regarded client is looking to recruit a Sales Manager/Valuation Manager for a their Hillsborough office



The role will involve being responsible for the effective day to day running of a residential branch in order to maximise income through the sale and rental of property and other related products. Also to carry out market and rental appraisals in order to secure instructions to sell and let residential property.



The candidate should have experience in The Estate Agency and Lettings market and have the interpersonal skills required to run a highly motivated team of individuals.You will have performed a similar role. As a result you will have high standards,high energy levels and high expectations,capaple of working under pressure in a fast paced enviroment without comprimisng service standards



Benefits package includes basic pay of £20,000 plus £4,000 car allowance Plus a fantastic commission scheme and profit bonus OTE £40.000-£50,000
