Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst







Our client is an asbestos consultancy that offers a professional service ensuring compliance with Asbestos Legislation. They are looking to recruit an Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst to join their team at their new office in Northern Ireland.



The role as an Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst will be to undertake Asbestos type 1, 2 and 3 surveys and project managing asbestos removals work. Air monitoring duties will be required carrying out smoke, background, leak, reassurance, visual, 4 stage clearance and re-occupation and personal air testing to clients. Candidates will be Asbestos P402/403/404 qualified.



The remainder of the role is devoted to project management and client liaison including preparation of fee proposals, plus technical co-ordination and auditing in line with the companies UKAS procedures.



Another important part of this role is client liaison so successful candidates must be experienced in dealing with clients on a regular basis. Other duties will include managing junior staff and training them on site and carrying out consultancy duties.
