Marketing Trials Manager (Commercial)
Position: Marketing Trials Manager (Clinical)
The Marketing Trials Manager is a key role within the product management department of a global Life Sciences company.
The product management department performs a range of tasks that help bring products from the initial Innovations stages, through research and development, and commercialisation, to product launch, post launch surveillance, and lifecycle management.
The Marketing Trials Manager will serve as the key driver in the development and generation of supporting studies, scientific papers, white papers, conference abstracts, posters, and peer reviewed publications to support the competitive performance of the organisation.
To be successful in this key role, the ideal candidate will have laboratory experience and training in Immunohistochemisty, experience in scientific or technical writing, will have worked in a commercial environment, and can interface effectively and professionally with clients and colleagues at all levels. The candidate must have excellent English writing skills and command of spoken English. Additional European language abilities are desirable. This role will require global travel.
Qualifications and Experience:
Credible scientific experience in Immunohistochemisty, knowledge of cancer diagnostics, and global healthcare environments
Ability to impact and influence others, without direct line management
Action oriented - able to achieve deadlines
Technical Writing experience with capability to work in setting up appropriate trial standards, data analysis, and analysis
Demonstrated ability to communicate technical subjects to a wide variety of backgrounds is required
Knowledge and commercial experience in the following areas is an advantage:
o Product launches
o Clinical studies
Project Management skills would be a benefit
