THE ROLE



You will be running a busy Temps Desk, dealing with Ad Hoc vacancies in the Commercial sector. The branch is already well established in terms of Clients and team members. Your key function will be to ensure that the growth of the temp book continues to grow with all Clients and Candidates receiving an excellent level of service. You will utilise all your management skills and knowledge to broaden the client base, contribute to the branches profitability and continue to increase your market share within your geographical sector.



THE IDEAL CANDIDATE



• Recruitment Consultant experience, with a proven track record of new business development, both face to face and over the phone

• You will be used to working to and exceeding targets
