Mechanical Contracts Manager (building services)



Our client is looking for an experienced Mechanical contracts Manager (building services), who has at least 3 years experience in a contract management position



You will also need to have a minimum of five years on-site experience, and time served plumber/heating engineer, you will also be required to have a strong knowledge of gas/oil burner equipment.



Term contract/ maintenance experience is essential.



Responsibilities



•Responsible for all works to be completed on time and within budget

•Supervision of site personnel and office admin staff

•Client / supplier and contractor liaison & attend site meeting when required

•Good organisational and people management skills

•Ensure H&S is adhered to on site.
