With over 340 pizza restaurants in the UK and Ireland, our client currently has an opportunity for an Assistant Restaurant Manager position within it's Belfast Restaurants.

This will be an exciting start to your career in the business, working for market leaders who always want to provide their customers with a memorable dining experience.

Managing the day to day running of the restaurant, you will assist the Restaurant Manager in maximizing sales, controlling costs through effective planning and commercial awareness. You will be expected to maintain our high standards, motivate the team and manage the operation in the Restaurant Manager's absence.
Your remit will include staff development, identifying training requirements and coaching staff when necessary, so that they also have the skills to ensure the success of the restaurant.

The role demands excellent communicators who are self-motivated and flexible. With supervisory experience you are assertive and able to work under pressure. You must have the ability to keep the restaurant team motivated and build effective relationships with suppliers.
